An agent was showing our home to a prospective buyer (we are tenant). We refused her entrance because we did not know she had an appointment to show the house. She proceeded to use the lockbox and unlock the door to my apartment in front of me after being told not to do so. How do I report her for tresspassing and engaging in unethical, mencaing and illegal activity so that she loses her license?

You do not state the nature of the 'criminal activity'. Generally speaking, most actions by real estate agents do not rise to the level of criminal activity. Your starting point should be the managing broker of the firm with which you have dealt.

I suspect that you are grossly displeased with something your agent did, and you should approach this via the 'ladder syndrome'. Start with the managing broker. If you still do not obtain satisfactory resolution, approach the agency which handled real estate complaints in your state.
