The ball is old and dirty but that makes it even better. i got it five years ago and didn't know what to do with it since I don't like baseball. I'm selling it for $4,000. I'll do it like ebay, whoever bids higher than that can get the ball. You have 2 weeks to bid. The winner will get the ball and i will get the cash through money order, check, or through paypal account. I would have sold it on ebay but my credit card wouldn't work.

Good luck with that....seriously. Without proper certification papers for authenticity of autographs (which you didn't even say who signed it), I'd be surprised if you got $4 for it.

Plus, if you check out Grandstand Sports, they have balls autographed by Duke Snider, Willie Mays and Mickey Mantle, all on the same ball. All 3 are Hall of Fame outfielders, and that ball is selling for less than $1,700. So that's kind of hard to justify thinking you'll get over twice the price of this great piece of baseball memoribilia.

I think that your plan is a good one and that you should be able to get at least 4000 for that baseball. It sounds rare and perfect.

Up the price or you'll be sorry! That thing is probably worth a fortune.
