It takes a few weeks. Be prepared you may lose some hair for a short while. But, really things go back pretty quick.

Skin - almost a month for me. I have very oily skin and it was VERY dry until about a month later. Belly - never, if you don't work and out and breastfeed. Also - exfoliation does wonders for stretch marks. Get a bottle of Palmer's Stretch Mark Cocoa Butter Lotion and a Buff-Puff and you're golden. Really buff the heck outta the stretch marks, it may get uncomfortable quickly, so wait a few weeks for the stretch marks to get a little tougher and then buff lightly. Ankles will probably go right away. Vericose veins I've heard don't go away. I didn't get any. Boobs go down after a. you've fed the baby or b. the milk dries up. Hair and nails - depends on the woman. I would advise you keep taking your prenatal pills well after you've given birth expecially if you're breastfeeding. If you want to lose weight quicker, breastfeed. It burns more calories and boosts your metabolism. It's a hard job making milk! Eyesight goes back to normal. When you're pregnant your eyeballs swell because of all the fluid retention. Isn't that weird? I went to get an eye exam with my first daughter and they refused because they said eyes get swollen during pregnancy. I heard of ankles and feet but not eyeballs. Sexual desire usually goes back to normal except not for the first I'd say 3 months or so because if your baby isn't sleeping through the night, you don't feel like even getting up to pee. Also make sure you take real good care of your teeth. Sounds funny, but the baby is sucking up most of the calcium and protein in your body. Appetite may or may not go away, you may still feel like gorging if you breastfeed because your body craves the calories to make milk. I got my first cavity while I was pregnant.

Belly? Generally 6 weeks, but you can speed things up by doing certain exercises to help the uterus (baby sack) contract and get back to normal...
You will lose at least 30 pounds immediately, the baby, amniotic fluid... And you may lose even more water....
If you have gained more than 40-50 pounds, then some of it is not strictly due to being pregnant and you will have to go on a diet.
You're skin, swollen feet, and other stuff like that should be getting back to normal very very soon...

There's a lot of variables, like how active and fit were you before giving birth, how much weight was gained during pregnancy, body composition and heredity. I was pretty lucky. I was able to were regular clothes home from the hospital and stomach wasn't all wrinkly for very long. Had a few stretch marks on my outer thighs/butt area, not bad though. If you breast feed, your breasts will be noticeably bigger until you stop and then they kind of deflate. What shocked me the most, was the bleeding that lasted for almost a month and those huge pads you have to wear. I think it is important to exercise before you become pregnant and continue mild exercise throughout your pregnancy, under doctor's approval and supervision.

Varies for each person, but a few months for sure.
If you breastfeed, you'll find your shape quicker.
Exercices might help you: start by taking walks with the baby, before doing any heavy training.
As for the skin, noone can really prevent stretch marks.
Your best bet is to be top shape before getting pregnant, specially the abdominals.
If you stay active during pregnancy, you'll be in better shape and it will be easier once the baby is there

Well I had a vaginal birth, it took me 4 weeks to recover "down there" and I still have stretch marks, But I have found that this stuff called "scarzone" (which you can get at any drugstore for about 10 bucks) works WAYYY better than any expensive cream or coco butter. My daughter is 4 months old and I am still trying to loose the weight but I gained a bit more than I was supposed to. I hope this helps! good luck!!

Depends on how big you got during pregnancy and how much you weighed before you got pregnant. Depending on what your restrictions are to after labor you won't see a doc till 6 weeks so with i those 6 weeks you'll be healed with 2 weeks. Eat right work out you could results with in 2 months just depends oh how hard you workout.

well, after my first it took about 7 to 8 months. After my 2nd which was a 9.7 lb.s big I never went back to normal. It also depends on whether or not you are nursing. If you are nursing it is supposed to make your stomach contract down faster. And now after my 3rd my figure is long gone. Woe to the days of being a teenager, I will forever miss having that kind of metabolism.

It depends on the woman. I am an obgyn and I can tell you that some women can snap back pretty quickly, but others nee to work harder to get into shape. But the important thing is to have the support of your husband and make sure you give all your love to your new child.

depends on you. some women get back to normal in a few weeks - others never do.
truly, your skin and belly should be the least of your concerns after a baby is born.
