first of all tell the customer you will handle the problem.have the customer go with you to your office and find out from him what the problem is.its probaly something simple like something needs to be exchanged for another size or its broken and doesnt work and he wants his money back.if thats the case honor your customer by doing an exchange or a refund and let him know in the future if there is a problem to come see you.you are the store manager and you will handle it and to not shout or treat your employees badly anymore.let him know you appreciate his business but he must respect the people who work for you or he will not be welcome back in your store.if this person is still disrespectful and acting badly call the cops.good luck.

hey mate, whatever you do, don't patronise the customer or be rude or show anger in anyway, they'll just do it back, make sure you get a word in with out cutting them of, just say 'i understand what your saying but......', speak calmly, make sure you always have the train of thought that your there to help the customer and that your the one doing them a favour. that way the customer will read that in your tone of voice, just make sure you dont actually say, 'hey i'm doing you a favour here'. also on't blame anyone but yourself even if it wasn't really your fault, and apologise but not too much.

I would call security or the police. They are trained to handle situations like that. Try and have a good day.

Tell him to leave. A private business reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, especially someone who treats the employees in that manner.

Kindly inform him that you will be happy to assist him WHEN and ONLY WHEN he calms down. If he won't calm down, then call the cops. In fact, call them before you even talk to him, they can always be canceled. Better to have them on their way just in case. Good luck.
