R-19, and with the wrapper it would be R-19 with vapor barrier. Good for moisture and condensation control. Thanx 4 the laugh.

Smiles. TY for the chuckle. I think more important than the wrapper which may add a factor of 1, might be the fat content on any given day, of the type of mystery meat used.

Including eggs, the meat and cheese likely add R value in what "fat" they add. So perhaps in that context, using a bunch of them stuffed under ones clothing in winter, might be better than wearing a Parka, for keeping one warm? Plus the added benefit of nibbling, which causes body fluids and muscles to work, as well as the Stomach, which all moderately increase body temp.

I probably wouldn't use them in housing insulation however. The noise of critters munching on my house, especially at night, might be a "chilling" experience.
