Can you please explain what are the differences between multiple classes in the same fund like class B, class A etc.

Specially what is the difference between DIVTX and DFVIX Mutual Funds?

DFA Intl Value II (DIVTX) is a good performing 5 star International fund. It looks like a no-load, low internal fee with only 750,000,000 in assets (small by many standards). Morningstar has no full report available on it.

DFA Intl Value III (DFVIX) s a little larger, managed by the same manager. Morningstar has no full report available on it.

I don't know these funds but MarketWatch says similar info regarding the fee structure. I have no way of knowing if this is correct or not.

It's unusual to find so little info on a Mutual Fund. Since there are other funds that have performed as well or better.... I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Simple explanation of Class A vs. Class B.
Most honest brokers will not sell "Class B" shares. They're generally more expensive (in the long run) than Class A. Sometimes they're sold as "No-Commission", it's illegal to sell them that way. Class "A" are "loaded" funds. Loaded with a commision of usually 5.75%...... the only advatage to buying these funds is it pays for a personal broker, that may or may not know what they're doing.

Check out no-loaded funds from fund families like;
Dodge & Cox
Vanguard
T. Rowe Price
Fidelity
Schwab (fund network)

Good luck
