Jack sold back NVP to Victor, Victor gave Nikki control of the company, Nikki called a meeting with some people at NVP { Victoria, Brad, her campaign managers, and Sharon} to tell them that she is their boss and she is going with Victoria's proposal for clear springs. Phyllis freaks out because she wasn't invited to the meeting. Nikki gives Phyllis a permanant leave of absents. Amber steals JT'S PDA in order to get Kevin to get some incriminating evidence on JT. Ji Min tells Jill that he doesn't really like her and that Jack owned Jabot. Brad and Sharon go to dinner at the same restaurant that Victoria and JT are eating at.

This is what happens. Spoiler Victor tries persuading Patty to give up the gun, "because she'll pay too big a price for shooting Jack and he isn't worth it," says Bergman. "When Victor diverts Patty, it suddenly occurs to her that he is responsible for all of this. Patty turns and shoots Victor. Three times in the chest! Jack is in complete shock. "This is crazy," says Bergman. Once they arrive at the hospital, Jack holds out hope that Colleen will be alright. "As long as her heart is beating, he keeps telling himself she'll be okay." Later, a doctor delivers some heartbreaking news to the Abbott and Newman clans: Colleen isn't breathing on her own and the chances of Victor surviving his gunshot wounds are slim.
