I like the sweet and salt peanut butter one, with the peanut butter spread on the bottom.

honey and oat used to be my favorite and now it is peanut butter~ I had one for a midnight snack last night, yummy! ☺

I love those bars in yogurt. Just plain or vanilla yogurt. Then drink water. That's the best thing you can drink. If you don't like yogurt, try some strawberries or other easy to carry berries.
