you're running out of disk space so you going to be having a systems crash shortly

go into windows explore, click on c:\ and then right mouse click and click on properties see how much disk space you have left,

windows sets up it's own virtual memory on the hard drive. it takes what it needs, put if there is not enough it tells you,

what you need to do is clear all of the junk you don't need

do a systems clean up, then defrag your hard drive, this will make space on your hard drive, get rid of programs you don't use/need like cookies, history, old restore files,

learn how to keep your system clean and tidy

This what i learned when I had the same prob.Virtual memory is like RAM not Hard disk space first go to My computer and right click see how much free space your H D has,If its ok go to Control panel> system>advanced>performance settings>advanced>at the bottom of window is Virtual Memory settings open it,now since V memory is memory from Hard drive that your computer uses like RAM if you have the free space on your hard drive which I'm sure most everyone does change the MB to 3000mb Initial AND 3000mb Max, click O K , If you still get errors raise it higher as long as you have Hard drive space.Or just get another stick of RAM installed!

Your computer should have a "C" and "D" drive. Most people start saving stuff on their "C" drive which is the drive that most of your programs are on. The "C" drive fills up fast if you download and save things to it - like music or videos for example. Try moving some stuff to your "D" drive and running your disc defragmentor and you should free up a lot of space!

usually if it says your virtual memory is low it updates itself. try deleting things you don't need or compressing files in the hard drive. i believe it's called disk defragmention, it should be on control panel or my computer.
