The date given is April 12, 1927, when Chiang Kai-shek ordered the Communists expelled from the KuoMinTang (Nationalist Party), then imprisoned, or executed. The first real armed battles between the Nationalists and the Communists began later in August, 1927.

Which civil war are you refering to. A civil war almost always preludes a new dynasty. The Han Dynasty, Three Kingdoms, Wei, Ming...........

Probably not in our lifetime. Their military, though not as sophisticated as us is the largest manpower army on earth. The sheer numbers of soldiers will quelch any rebellion without even blinking.
