This is a multi level question. First you have to be in shape to do this. That means lots of cardio and getting leaner (lift light weights). Second I suggest yoga. There are a lot of cheap yoga for beginners DVDS on ebay. Finally, I suggest doing basically stretches everyday, but with a partner to help stretch you out.

You can do the following to help...
Easy Way:
Butterfly stretch: sit down with your feet in a diamond shape and pull your feet toward your waist. Then push down on your knees with your elbows. Do this everyday 5 times a day.
Hard Way:
Just keep doing splits until your as good as her.

Get a couple DVDs on yoga exercises. If those don't get you flexible, then you'll be doing a "ring entrance" like Steven Regal.

the best i can tell you is do alot of stretching every day, and possibly exercising might help but the key is to STRETCH your muscles as often as you can but don't hurt yourself!
