If you want to become a pharmacist and get your PharmD degree (in college), would you have to complete your 4 years of undergrad before you enter the pharmacy college, or could you just apply to the pharmacy college straight out of highschool..

Some pharmacy colleges like St. Louis and Ohio Northern accept students direct from high school.
Most require 2-3 years of college prereqs.
A handful require or de facto require a bachelors.

If you have a high GPA then some colleges of pharmacy will accept you straight from high school, but you have to be interviewed. You will then be in a program where all of the classes that you need to take will be listed for you, and you will continue in that program until your 6 years are completed.

Auburn University's pharmacy school will accept you after 3 years of college without getting your degree. I'd recomend searching on the internet for more information, because every school is different.

No, for any doctorate you have to have an undergrad degree.
