Because people can eliminate their nemesis and stay in power and some people own corporations.

It has reached a point that almost everyone needs a lawyer to do business so that no laws are broken. Even lawyers use attorneys to deal with the US Constitution.

The only thing I can think that makes it unique is that people do not have to bribe court officials as in other countries.

The US Constitution did not create the Democrats or the Republicans.

The US Constitution is being undermined by the United States Code known (USC) and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). There are plenty of laws that slowly, but surely alienate ordinary Americans and so they do not vote and neglect to read any laws. These laws protect people with Power and Wealth and ordinary Americans live under their whim.

well, the simple answer is... they haven't...

and those people that you're referring too are actually a pretty big piece of the U.S. population... and it's growing..

and they are getting tired of your name calling and are voting you out of office, since all you can do is fearmonger and name call... and it becomes more and more obvious that you have no clue what you're talking about...

see, that's just the thing... what your saying doesn't make any rational sense at all... so... either you're crazy, or everyone else is...

my money is on you...

They are part of the neoconservative's 'moral values," along with things like bullying, disrespect for dissent and the Constitution, pedophilia, adultery, lying, and hypocrisy.

But they're in church every Sunday, listening to the preacher (when he's not strung out on meth).
