The greatest 5 Super Bowls endings:

1) THE TACKLE, when Mike Jones stopped Titans receiver Kevin Dyson. Only SB decided by 1 yard

2) and 3) In no particular order. When Adam Vinatieri kicked the game winning Field Goal against the Rams and the against the Panthers.

4) Montana pass to Johnny Taylor, this is not 1) because there was like 1 minute left in the clock.

5) Namath pointing to the sky after his guarantee came true. This game made the Super Bowl become what it is nowadays. The most important sports event in the nation.

It has to be the 1982 Superbowl, in Pontiac, Michigan. The San Francisco 49ers were down 21-19, with just 2:12 left in the game. Joe Montana starts his offense on the 49er eight yard line. After some tremendous passing and receiving, the Niners march 92 yards to win the game over the Cincinatti Bengals 26-21. Best game, I think Montana ever had, not to mention a nail biter right to the end. Thanks for asking.

Super Bowl XXV.

And I'm not sure which game lyntnyng... is referring to. Super Bowl XVI was in Pontiac, but the Niners had a 20-0 lead in that game and held off the Bengals 26-21. The game where Montana threw the TD to Taylor was Super Bowl XXIII, also against Cincinnati, but was played in Miami, where the Niners won 20-16.

Carolina v. New England. That game was crazy fun to watch. John Fox f$#@#d up there chances by going for a two point conversion in the third quarter that they missed, which meant that in the 4th quarter, NE was kicking the field goal for the win, instead of the tie. I know you don't want to hear AV's field goal, and I'm not a fan of the Pats, but that game's finish was unbelievable. The 4th quarter was so intense I had no fingernails by the end of it.
