Yes. Everything is affected by gravity, so even that little glass of water would slightly displace the orbit of, let's say, Earth. This would only change its orbit a few nanometers, but it would still SLIGHTLY change the orbit. You are correct, sir.

Our planet receives thousands of tons of space debris every year in the form of dust and meteorites. Don't think a few gallons of water will make much difference.
