I would choose California, even though California is already a waste land. It is so polluted and smoggy and the dirtiest state on the west coast. I grew up in Oregon and so I visited the dirty state of California many times.

I would not...I would rather focus my time on making an entire state an eco state (ex. Portland, Oregon) I think it would be better to focus on reducing the waste before the entire country is a waste dump!!

Indiana, since turning it into a "waste dump" would have the same effect as doing nothing at all.

Delaware -- it already pretty much is a waste dump!

i was going to say NJ, but that's only true of northern NJ -- the southern part of Cape May is pretty, and I'd hate to lose that.

none, I would hate to see a whole state turned into a wastedump. I'd rather see a whole state with not an inch concrete, or electricity or anything. A forest state.

hmm.... seeing that there are very few jobs there... I'd say Michigan. The state is beautiful, and the lakes are wonderful BUT, there are very few jobs and if you do have a job, you can't afford the gasoline to get to and from work.
