i wouldnt say its great but i would say its nice because being an adult means that you have learnt alot and are over that stage in your life where you feel like everything that happens is the end of the world.
You learn how to calm down a bit and not stress too much.
Its a sense of knowing who you are and what you are striving to become and that only comes with time, age and experience.

You can make your own decisions.
You don't have to obey house rules.
You can go and come as you please.
You can eat what you want not what you
are told is good for you.
That is a few of the things teens look forward to.

being taken seriously if saying things with serious expression (i said the same thing as a teen nobody would ever listen)

not a whole hell of alot.you go from your parents being your boss to having a boss.from being furnished a home ,food shelter, clothing etc. etc; from being a kid to having kids .there are some benefits like your responsible for your own decisions no matter how lame.
