croquet, yard darts, horse shoes, volleyball, badmitten, or you could always have a treasure hunt or something.

There are so many...soft ball, flag or touch football, frisbee, just a game of catch, volleyball, wow, there are a ton of good ones.

I'm partial to horseshoes and Kubb, and baseball/softball.
