A few basic reasons:
1) It is healthy for your body.
2) It makes you physically stronger.
3) I want to look like Randy Orton.
4) It is relaxing to do it. It releases a natural chemical in your body (can't remember which exactly) that makes you feel less stressed.
5) Girls don't like flabby guys as much as lean guys (hey, its the truth).

Trying to make myself last a while longer. Would like to make it into my 70's. Bout all the working out I am able to do tho is walking around the neighborhood.

1,000 crunches and 300 push ups a day , I used to run 6 miles a day but the knees can't handle that any more so I walk up hills for an hour a day.
