Yes, Sir, I really do make an effort to choose a Best Answer. If they were to capture my screen images and play them back, they would see that I make a good and honest effort to select the Best Answer. And sometimes it is not an easy task. Especially when there are so many good answers to pick from.

Honestly speaking yes I do always make the effort to try to pick a best answer. Sometimes I have to many open questions or I can't decide which one to pick so some I let go to a vote.

Yes, coz I don't ask may questions so I make the effort to read all the answers and chose the best one.

I really try. I do read all the answers and give the points to the answer that makes sense to me. Many people do not. They give them to their friends or people they want to get respect from.
