Greetings,

I workout pretty often (2 times / week), squats, chest-- the whole deal.

I'm very concious about my own mood changes and personality changes, etc.

I have already read that testosterone decreases 2 days after a workout and goes back up after that.

I would usually feel very happy on my "rest" days of a workout, but sometimes I would not.

So, would increased testosterone make you happier in general and IF provoked... angrier?

If you are just talking normal workout testosterone boost then your body should start to adapt until you wont get any swings eventually...

If you're talking steriods then you really are playing fast and loose with your very sanity as well as general health...

and if you're on cherry drops...OH BOY! Check into a nut ward NOW!

For a few months I drank herbal tea that produced a lot of testosterone and what I noticed was increased energy and strength--not a whole lot, but a noticeable amount, but the scary part was how impatient and angry I got, so I stopped using it.
