i have thc in my system and i begin my probation on the 25th of may, if they piss test me and it shows up will it be a violation?

I would guess yes. You should not break the law at anytime.

From my personal experience,no, however the laws in your state may be different. I was upfront with my PO at our first meeting. She decided not to violate me because I was honest with her. She said as long as my THC levels continued to go down and not up she would let me slide .

yes you will be in violation not only of probation but of the law as well.
if you smoke once in a blue moon, and are skinny, 7 days and it's out, if you smoke daily and are skinny 14 days, if you arn't lucky to be skinny your looking at 30days before its out of your system.
bottom line dont touch it untill your off and even then dont touch it. Best not to get in trouble with the law

Yes it will be a violation of probation and they will possibly throw you in jail... Also eating sesame bagels will show positive thc (so don't eat sesame seeds). Drink lots & lots of water and stop smoking pot for pete's sake!

I'm fairly certain that it would be a violation of your probation for anything illegal to show up in your blood or urine.

It depends on the THC level. If you stop smoking then the level wont be very high, but if you continue smoking they will be able to tell.

No you should be fine. I smoked the night before I began probation, and also told my P.O. about it. They won't test you the first time.

it think so, but depends on what your on probation for. if its like some sort of traffic thin maybe not. but if it has to do with drugs most definatly.

And, it is not called a "piss test". It is commonly referred to as "a drop".

Yeah, could be if your PO is an ***hole....so my advice is 2 shots of white viniger and 2 gallons of h2o....worked for me back in the day....Good Luck,,,but stay clean once u get there.....
