Here's two that I found. ATI or Nvidia doesn't matter.

which one you think is overall better?
Is there a better one then these two? Company has to be ATI certified? To me it matters. I've bought cards before that were just crap, because they weren't.

Comp. specs
AMD 3200+
ECS N2U400-A
512 DDR 400
420W PSU

Plan on using it mostly for games, all other programs doesn't matter to much unless there's that big of a difference between ATI and Nvidia.

for some reason your links are not working. For AGP, it's between the x1950 pro and the 7950GT cards:

You can read the reviews on the cards on the newegg site of how good (or bad) the card is.

Right now 7950GT AGP is king and followed by X1950 Pro AGP. It appears that you are still on socket A.

Your Athlon XP 3200+ could be a potential bottleneck for these fast cards.

Also your 420W power supply might be weak on the +12V rail and be unable to handle these powerful cards. The 7950GT AGP draws around 55 watts and the X1950 Pro AGP around 70 watts. Consider a power supply (ATX V2.01 or V2.2) with dual 12V rails.
