the lower income familys are really hurting, just getting to work has become a real burden. The only part of their income that has any flexabilty is the food budget. This means children are suffering. wake up Bush

Governments aren't the solution they're the problem. This just reeks of Communist ideals to me. Ridiculous. Take an economics class please.

this has to rate in the top ten most uninformed questions the cost of gas at the pumps is mostly tax so in fact the government is already in charge.

the amount you actually pay for the gas that goes into the oil companies pocket is less then a third, please in future look up the facts before jumping on a bandwagon

gas is a triple taxed product companies pay an import tax most gas station are private buisness's or franchises so they pay tax on purchasing their supplies and then you as a consumer pay tax on it when you fill up your car how can you be even remotely surprised you pay what you do

You have to be kidding me.. The government does not know how to run a business.. Look at our deficit.. Heck, They can't even enforce our laws and regulation. IE, Immigration.. You need to take a class in economics..
