My wife left (again) but this time she took the kids. I found out from a very credible and reliable source that she has stayed with them at three different houses in three days. I'm concerned since she's not a very stable person and I'm not sure where they are staying now. The kids are 2 and 7. Aside from CPS, who can I call to make sure they are safe and in an environment similar to what was at home (i.e. their own beds) if I can't get in contact with her?

I am planning on filing for divorce, but I need to know what I can do in the meantime.

Private detective. And, maybe, the police, if she hasn't contacted you at all. Maybe you should be concerned for all of their safety, if you haven't heard from them.

You need to consult a divorce attorney. They should be able to best guide you.I would try calling CPS though and if nothing else filing a report. It shows them that you are a concerned parent and they may have the right to go after your wife.

Good luck and God Bless!
