Marshawn lynch, not thats he is the best but because he will start for the Bills. RB's usually have the most success as rookies and he will play more then any other.

Offensively the rookie of the year will be Chris Henry. He will come in the starting running back in Tennessee. I believe they will start to feature the run in order to get better looks for Vince Young. This will give Henry pretty solid numbers by the end of the year.
Defensively the rookie of the year will be Paul Posluszny. He will be starting at linebacker for Buffalo and will arguably be the best player on the field. He will have a season like Ryans had in Houston last year and hands down be the rookie of the year.

Offensively Calvin Johnson will have the luxury of playing in the Mike Martz system without any real competition for a starting job alongside Roy Williams (Furrey will move to the slot position and Johnson likely will be the Z receiver). With the way the Lions tend to fall behind a lot of balls end up in the air (they dont put much effort into the running game most of the time) he has to be considered a frontrunner. The best bets are usually a defensive player...especially a pass rusher who can pile up sacks. Gaines Adams will play on a defense where teams wont be able to double team him so he has potential to pile up double digit sacks. The sleeper may be Brandon Merriweather, he has the luxury of playing on a very good Patroits team and will be given similar responsibilities like those given to Troy Polamalu was given his rookie year. He will get great coaching and has virtually no competition for the starting job and with the pass rush they generate he doesnt need to worry about playing the deep ball much and he likely gets to play fairly close to the line of scrimmage anyways with deep responsibility on the other safety.

Offensive- Calvin Johnson. Natural talent-perfect build-blazing speed-go-to guy in first year- knows how to deal with atention because he has always been a superstar.
Defense-Patrick Willis or LaRon Landry. Willis is just plain dominant. But Landry is playing with Sean Taylor wich is going to be the most feared backfield in the NFL in 2 or 3 years maybe even this year, who knows.

I think Adrian Peterson will be. He seems the most likely to. Next up is JaMarcus Russel and Brady Quinn. Can't really say until I see them play.

Calvin Johnson. He should be able to gain huge yards and he's so fast. Jamarcus russell has poor receiving corps now that moss left. Adrian Peterson maybe, but his o-line isn't very good. Brady Quinn has a good chance but his arm isn't very strong.

I believe it will be adrian peterson or jamarcus russel because they both have alot of potential, with the way they play games in college they should do very well in the NFL

Robert Meachem. Colston or Bush should have won it so I am hoping that Robert Meachem will begin where they left off.
