I would do either the safari look or the rough-riders military look. Wear a hat with a brim, and don't forget the little round glasses. It is also a little-known fact that he converted an entire floor of the White House into a zoo for his daughter's exotic animal collection, so if you had a live tiger or bear or something, that would be cool.

For the wartime look get a green cowboy hat and pin up the sides, cut the temples of a pair of gold glasses and tie a string on. go eat 10 big macs to get fatter, bring a horse whip, and wear green pants, shirt and army boots and a holster. Don't bring a gun to school, you will get busted.
