Sleeping nude makes you feel SO great. I started doing it many many years ago. And it makes me feel so sexy. So if I feel sexy, I am. And my husband loves it!!

Sleeping nude is the best way to go! Your skin needs a chance to breathe a bit and recover from the elastic prison it gets subjected to by waistbands, straps, and other tight fitting items.

I don't think it's gross; you're in your own bed, so who needs to know about it anyways?! I PREFER to sleep in the nude, it's just more comfortable [and erotic].

I like both, but if I do wear cloths I wear lose fitting ones. Sleeping in the nude is actually more healthy for you

I think what is most comfortable. However if you are sleeping with a spouse, it can add a sense of intimacy that is healthy for a relationship, without have to put forth the effort to act out in other forms of intimicy

i sleep nude most of the time, especially in summer.
i dont see where is the problem - i though i can sleep however i want, its not like a lot of people get to see that.

I do it all the time...going to bed with clothes on is uncomfortable, unless it's winter and I put on my flannels.

I personally would rather have something on even if it was underwear and a tank top. I just feels really weird to me to be naked and sleeping
