The prevailing trend (and the young are rushing into) are call centers. It does not need college graduates to be able to work or apply there. Good spoken English is well enough. The pay is high as compared to other jobs that call for degree holders. The acceleration of promotions is fast and if you want to, you can also apply at their branches all over the world.

Honestly if you are in the search of a career, you should always follow your heart and not your wallet. Decide on doing something that makes you happy instead of something that pays alot. Years down the road, you are still going to getting up and going to work and if you are happy, then it will be easier. If you have a passion for anything particular then shoot for that. EX. if you love kids, be a pediatrician... if you love cars, be a mechanic... if you love the outdoors, be a game warden.

Any professional career could be good paying (doctors, attorneys, engineers). But the answer depends on what you consider "best paying." Medical specialities look good for the future.
