I can't say I am educated enough to answer that with entire confidence...

... but I have a feeling that I would agree if I read a book about 1980s and 90s Iraq and then went there for a visit...

The Nazis would have euthanised all of them. The US and UK let them go unsupervised for way too long. Time to trim them back.

they've been destroyng each other over there for centuries, Bush just tried to control it which he may have learned dosn't work.
