Could be - check out a book on caterpillars from your library. I really just wanted to point out that there is a spell checker on here that you can use to make you sound less ignorant.

I couldn't say from just the description. And some other additional info could be helpful in figuring out what you have. How big is it? What's the geographic area in which it was found?

You might try this website if you're in the US: http://www.whatsthiscaterpillar.co.uk/america/index.htm

If you can narrow down some of the characteristics to come up with a name, you can google more info to find out if you're is poisonous. Some are (but this is usually because of the foods they eat - they absorb the toxins so they don't taste good to a predator) and others have irritating hairs that can cause an allergic reaction in some people.

Usually green, yellow, or red mean a poisonous color, so yes, it would be poisonous. If you're thinking about feeding it to your fish, then do not feed it to them.
