I know it sounds like a mood swing or something but as I am getting older I am finding out that well most people do feel the way that I feel. Everything is the width and strength of a hairline and it can all become happy one min and sad the next. I find love is so much like that too..

I think if it's truly from literally "one minute to the next", then a physical exam is in order, and any doctor worth his degree is going to recommend a referral for an evaluation. I agree with the others in this chain, that it sounds like it could be a bipolar disorder, but I've also heard of other imbalances caused by even a little thing like food allergies. This person needs to see someone immediately; this behavior sounds too unpredictable and irrational as it stands, and could lead to dangerous, risky behavior left untreated. I would call this behavior to the attention of my friend, AND, because I care, I wouldn't stop there. Start with a person in authority you AND your friend trust. Don't allow anyone or anything to stop you. Don't give up trying.

I've been feeling the same way for a while now. There are a million different reasons something like that can happen . Chemical imbalance, hormone changes, stress, or being upset by a million different underlying things. I wouldn't worry about it too much, just try and remember that you should really try to ride the good times as long as possible and let the bad times slide off your shoulders like water when and if you are able to. Don't dwell on crappy stuff , don't fixate or over-analyze, and remember that you are worth more than the petty drama or silly things that can sometimes happen in life.
