I do indeed remember it. It was really good because it dealt with real life issues. The acting was very good also.
Patricia Wetig and Mel Harris were my favorites.
Do you remember when Nancy Weston(Patricia Wetig) died? I cried like a baby.
I just found a site that has the entire collection on DVD. A little pricey though. I will wait for it to get to Wal-Mart

Was the best TV drama - the cast was simply the best - Best writing - Real storylines on friendship and families. I still cry when I think of Hope telling her husband she wanted a divorce.
For me there hasn't been a television drama that has met the excellence of Thirtysomething.

My ex and I used to watch it faithfully. However, it's funny because I can't remember a single episode now! I remember what the character's look like, but, that's it. I think they modelled the show after the movie "The Big Chill".
I guess we liked it because it seemed to reflect the way we and are friends were.

Yes, I do. I watched it every week, then when it went into syndication, I watched the reruns. It was totally believable and had great story lines.

My crazy aunt owns all of them on DVD. She had to hunt them down because she loved it so much. I have never really seen them, though.

I loved it.... they seemed spoiled but ... it was pretty cool to see "real life situations" get resolved in the hour it was on... lol
