Did you buy a lottery ticket?, have you got the cash in your hand? If So, Have Fun, Enjoy, $500 is good for fun, not really enough to do anything else with.
But if you didn't buy a ticket, and you don't have the money in your hand, don't spend anything, because maybe you didn't win.

I suggest you buy things you need. Not things you don't need like for instance video games or other stupid stuff. After you buy stuff you need then buy stuff you want.
