Jackie knew and she tolerated it. Most people in the press knew about it but at that time it was considered inappropiate to report this. Many of his political opponents knew but they were doing the same and they wouldn't rat out on a person doing the same thing they're doing.

She and her family knew about JFK's reputation as "The Senate's Gay Young Bachelor" before the marriage. The marriage had problems arising from John F. Kennedy's alleged affairs and his debilitating health issues, both of which were hidden from the public.

Yes...Jackie Kennedy was aware of JFK's extramarital affairs. The press corp also knew about his affairs but never reported them to the public. Some of JFK's advisors advised Kennedy to stop the affairs but did there best to keep them private.

It is generally agreed by scholars and historians that insiders, Jackie, and even the press knew JFK was unfaithful. Just how much each of them knew is hard to say. At that time, the press did not report such things, so it might seem like it was a secret... but if it was - it was one of the worst-kept ones in history!

No, but then I didn't begin absorbing the news (mostly Time Magazine which used to be one of the best sources of intelligence in the world) until around 1965, 2 years after his assassination. I was aware of what was going on in the world but was overseas in Okinawa and the Philippines during his Presidency, but never heard a peep about him philandering with anyone - never even heard about Marilyn Monroe having a special connection with him.

FOX news, cable, and the internet didn't exist, so the networks were able to more effectively control what we saw and heard. Dan Blather is a product of this era, that's why he didn't anticipate getting caught in lies he easily got away with years earlier. FOX isn't right wing, it only seems that way to the spoiled left wing nuts who got to show Republicans and Democrats in different lights for years by picking and choosing what they made public.
Of course Jackie had to know, that's like saying Hillary didn't know she was competing with Bill chasing skirts, or Dina didn't know democrat governor husband Jim Mcgreevy was gay.

Of course we knew! In those times the country had a better perspective of priorities. What Jackie knew was her own business.

His wife supposedly knew about some of the women, but one's sex life was not publicized then as it is now.

No. The public was shielded from such information. Rumors however abounded.
