The only politician that I know was caught without a seatbelt was the Democrat governor of New Jersey who's driver was going 92 mph to get in front of the news cameras when he offered his governor's mansion for the Imus meeting with the basketball team. He almost died, but he's paid his fine.

I am going to assume he never wears a seatbelt -- a head injury would explain a whole lot.

well, as he was on his own ranch and it's his private property, he is not breaking any laws..you think a cop can give you a ticket for not wearing a seat belt while your sitting in your own drive-way? if you answer yes, you are a friggin nuts.
