As long as everything is working OK, you should be fine. No real easy way to check on the efficiency as these are switching PSs. ~
You could always get a replacement 500W P/S (if you added a lot of extra peripherals), I use Rhycom and Guardian (about $20 to $30) through http://www.pricewatch.com

Hi. Heinz is correct in that "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." But if you plan to upgrade then a good PSU is worth it. Mine is rated at 550 watts but will only supply what the machine needs.
