yes you can have a biological child with your partner if you still have your ovaries. But, you will need a surrogate mother to carry the child for you as you cannot, obviously. you can have your eggs harvested and then mixed with your partners semen (IVF) and the early embryos placed into another womans uterus. this will be quite costly as you will likely need to pay all of her medical expenses, prenatal care and delivery costs. most who do this also contribute to the surrogates living expenses during the pregnancy and she may also want a lump sum payment. if you have someone willing to do it for you, it would save alot of money. go through an infertility center for surrogate referrals

You say that this is a partial hysterectomy1 - that usually means that the womb has been removed and one ovary - so you would not go through early menopause. You will still ovulate from the other ovary and so these eggs would make viable embryos if fertilized.
The question really is did the surgeons remove your womb? - if they did then the only way you could have a baby is if someone carried the baby for you. It would still be your egg and your fellas sperm it just would mean you didn't have to be pregnant for 9 months! - I had a hysterectomy 13 years ago and met the most wonderful man 2 years later. I would have done anything to have his baby but mine was a radical operation so no ovaries meant no babies! - I wish you all the luck in the world and true happiness!

She's menopausal, no longer only might you no longer desire her eggs, she has none to grant - she's no longer producing any and her ovaries would not respond to hormonal remedies. If this disease is so undesirable, rather there's a genetic attempt for it - and if it truly is the case you're able to do IVF and have a cellular taken from a bobbing up embryo and have all of them screened subsequently removing people who've it.

Well, since you have a partial hysterectomy, and you still have eggs you should try surragacy mother.
