Run CPUz (freeware on the web) or SiSoft Sandra (freeware - google for it, usually available at overclockers cafe). This will tell you how how many slots you are currently using and how many more you have available.

It will also tell you what your current RAM is running at and whether it is faster than CAS 3 which might mean that your new RAM would slow down your existing stuff.

Other than whether you have space for it or not (you might have to remove your existing RAM) - it should work.

Good Luck
