Its an older movie with a girl and she is not popular and a witch(i think it was a witch) gives her a potion or something and she is popular....there is one scene with her and the boy who falls for her in and they are in this run down house. I have no idea why i just thought of this but it is bugging me!!!

Teen Witch with Robin Lively as the witch (Louise) and Dan Gauthier as Brad (the jock).
Zelda Rubenstein from Poltergeist fame was Madame Serena who told Louise she was the reincarnation of her friend who was a witch. Louise had discovered an amulet in the drama department at school and the teacher played by Martha Wallace (Mrs. Krabappel on the Simpsons) told Louise to keep it. When Madame Serena saw her with it, she told her it had belonged to the other witch years before.
Dick Sargent from Bewitched (second Darrin) was Louise's father.
This was such a cute movie.

It was called Teen Witch I loved that movie it was badass yes she had red hair and a girlfriend with dark hair that rapped lol
