Why did George Jr. not show at St. Vincents College?

Yes he was supposed to do the commencement speech at the graduation hearing. I suppose he was more busy than Gen. Abizaid the guy that is spearheading the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan.

President Bush did give the commencement address at St. Vincents. I saw the video.

He was busy? I didn't know he was supposed to be at St. Vincents College.
