Not really. Our legal system defines "legal" as anything that is not illegal. In other words EVERYTHING is legal until legislation is passed outlawing it.

It's funny to hear fake conservatives aka "libertarian neo-cons" saying this then two seconds later saying "liberals want to legislate your life". Well, which is it? Are we a nation of laws, or a nation which prefers not to have/need them?

Every nation is a nation of laws, technically. That's why it's a nation and not just a slab of land.
It seems the more to the right we veer, the more laws we end up with.

We only enforce the ones our elected officials choose, the others might as well be called ideas to ponder. Fight them there so we don't have to fight them here, is another, sounds great. Why are millions of illegals pouring across our southern border and who are they and what is their intent? War on terror with an open southern border, that's funny.

The American Constitution allows for LIMITED government.
The Left wants a Socialist / Marxist tyranny.
Laws should be limited but look at what liberal lawyers have done!
There aren't any libraries large enough to hold all their laws.
Limited government?
Not with liberals at the helm.
