When you are prepared for the consequences!

I assume when you say sexx you are talking about intercourse
and not masturbation, which is a form of sex.

At 12/13 you can start having sex purely for procreational and survival of the species reasons. Of course society has jumbled that business up with love and emotions, and few people even tie marriage and God to it, which frankly have nothing to do with the biology of sex. Sex is different than making love, mind you and those two also get wrongly lumped together.

Orgasms feel good because biologically and evolutionarily it makes humans want to mate more often thus increasing then chances of having offspring that will carry on our species. It evolutionary my Dear Watson so that is why I say you can start at 12/13.

However, if you've got your psychology muddled up with your biology then I recommend you masturbate instead of having intercourse, it's the safest sex around, until you can get your biology and psychology straightened out.

Ok girl honestly when you are older and you in your partner is aware about the consequences that can happen.
But when you are ready you will know but try to make sure that you hold it until you find the right person. The best thing i would say is wait until you married. But teenagers these days do not listen to what older people say and they do what there pants tells them.
But what ever you do try to wear protection or make him wear protection. And try to enjoy it cause once you give it up you cannot get it back. So choose the correct one.

Legally, at least 18 years old in America. But waiting until you're married is always a good idea.

Only you know when you are ready for sex yourself and not when someone else thinks you are. Sex is a big responsibility and a life long decision. You should only do it when you feel comfortable and it is with someone you care about that you know cares about you to. No one else can tell you when you are ready and it is only the law that can tell you how old you have to be.

"don't do the thing, until after you've got the ring"
this is a quote from t.v. It states that when you're married (be at least 20 yrs old or 18), then you can do sexual intercourse.

You should be married, and old enough to know what making love is all about. And also, financially stable enough to take care of any situation that may arise from your act.
