a REAL job? No. You're going to have to wait til you're 16 like everyone else. I know, it's frustrating. Until then you can really only do stuff like babysitting, walking dogs, mowing lawns, yard work, etc.

I made a living babysitting until I turned 16.

If you are a student and looking for part time job at very flexible hours, then check out http://www.icedor.com They are a tutoring center looking for student referrals. For every referral you will get a portion of the fee paid as your referral fee.
If you are good they might also allow you to enroll in their classes free of charge. You can earn and learn at the same time. Contact them through their site directly.

You'll probably have to stick with baby-sitting, dog-walking, or mowing lawns until you're a little older.
