In average circulated with slight wear on word Liberty is priced at $20. The penny that you described is selling on E-bay anywhere from $1 - $15 dollars. The most expensive one that I saw was $35 dollars. But aside from this, there doesn't seem to be much demand for these types of pennies, thus, the cheap prices. If you are wanting to sell, your best bet will probably be to speak with someone who buys/sells old coins, an antique shop, or some museum. Otherwise, you may not bring in very much.
