Alright, the weathers were more of an overcast,cloudy,and even rainy when the the Allied forces were in Germany,France,and Italy.When the soldiers were in
Tunisia and those other warm climates,there was very little rain,very sunny that the soldiers camped anywhere in the desert to get some shade,and it was a partly cloudy day at the beginning of the attack in
Pearl Harbor,Hawaii.Later on that night of the attack it started to rain.

You need to do a lot of research as you are talking about almost 6 years of weather conditions in a wide variety of countries.
