Try wearing a bra the is really supportive, like a sports bra, and don't let a hot shower hit your breasts directly, that helps to stimulate milk flow. Also leave your breasts alone and don't let them bounce around much and that should help. I asked my dr what I could do to dry up my milk after I have the baby since i don't plan to breast feed and that's the advice she gave me. She said they should dry up in about a week if I keep them tied down and don't let the hot water hit them. Good luck

it's kind of hard to understand what you're asking. any female mammal has to be pregnant and give birth to produce milk for her young. the hormones necessary to cause the making of milk are triggered by birth. as long as the breasts are stimulated, they will continue to produce milk. LaLeche League has a way for adoptive mothers to produce some milk, too.
