They are kids. The current education system is so bad that they don't even know how to ask questions properly. Half of these people wouldn't even know the difference between a question and a statement. 75% don't know how to use an apostrophe (and when not to use it). Most are used to getting their answers too easily from the Internet Age, and have been brainwashed to think "There is no such thing as a stupid question."

Look at this way....those silly questions that you think are stupid gave you the inspiration to ask this (your) question. You could have asked something else yet you chose to respond to those silly questions that you find dull & boring & stupid.

Dumb questions are not necessarily asked by dumb people. Some pretty smart people ask dumb questions just to get you and me riled up, and cause us to give angry answers. Then they sit back and say...."GOTCHA"
