i think Kashlynn is a very pretty name. Since it is something that you put together based on two important people in your life she will be unique with a gorgeous name.

the guys names are cute too i like Sean Kamryn better.

I love the idea of your honoring your brother's memory and also combining his name with your bf's name.

BUT..........

My honest opinion is that these names aren't so hot. The best is Sean Kamryn. If you name a girl Kashlynn, first of all no one will be able to spell it. They'll spell it with a "C" as though her name had to do with money. They won't get it at all. Plus there's no good nickname from it unless you want to call her "Kash."

If you name a boy Kamryn, everyone is going to think his name is Cameron.

In addition, these are cute names for kids but I don't think they would wear well on an adult. You want them to be taken seriously when they grow up. Think about Julia Roberts naming her son Phinnaeus......I mean, she probably thinks it's clever but he's going to be getting weird looks and comments his whole life!

Sean Kamryn is your best choice. Sean is a good name that's stood the test of time, and the middle name isn't as important to be spelled correctly, so it won't matter if people are confused by the spelling.

Other suggestions would be:

For a girl:

Ashlynn Sean (what's wrong with a boy's name for the middle name?)
Leah Kerrilynn
Sinead Kerry
or just Kerry Lynne

For a boy I'd go with Sean; that's a great name

I'm more partial to old-fashioned first names with creative middle names, I guess!

Congratulations on the birth and good luck to you!!

I love Kashlynn and Kamryn but I have a friend that has a son named Kameron and everyone thinks he's a girl because of the K. (She regrets spelling it that way) Also, people usually dress up boys names for girls with y's. I think that Kamryn looks too girly but a very cute name! What about Kamryn for a girl?? and Sean for a boy??

Kashlynn sounds awkward to me, and a little harsh. Just Ashley or Ashlynn sounds softer for a girl. You might use Kerry as a middle name, maybe give it the feminine spelling of Carrie. Or, if you like the letter "K", I know someone who spells her name Kari.

I think your boy's names are OK. I like Kamryn Sean better than Sean Kamryn.

No offense, but Kashlyn sounds like a stripper name or the name of a gold digging female. (You said to be very blunt).

I adore Kamryn Sean and Sean Kamryn but I think the second combo flows better.

For a girl how about::

Ashley Kerry
Ashley Carrie
Kerry Ashley
Carrie Ashley

I like the fact that you are honoring both your brother and B/F when naming your child.

Congrats and best of luck

I think Kashlynn is a very pretty name. Be sure you don't mind your baby being called Kash though, as most two syllable names end up being shortened despite your best efforts. I also think Ashlynn is beautiful. But I think spelling Kamryn with a K and shortening it like you have done makes it very feminine. I think Kamryn is another great name for a girl. You didn't say what your name is, but if you add it in there, as well, does it give you more combinations? Good luck, whatever you decide.

Well when I was picking my sons name I didnt know what i was going to name him until the day that I had him. Even then I wouldnt even tell anyone because I didnt want anyone to steal his name, I went for unique and rare. So I think that for a girl Kashlynn is very good because I dont know anyone buy that name as for the boy I think taht Sean Kamryn is beautiful

For a boy I think Kamryn is really cute, for a girl I like Ashley since your brother was Ashley Sean but do what you think sounds best.

Loving Kamryn Sean or te other way around. Not keen on Kashlynn. Ashlynn sounds nice though. Maybe use Kerry as the middle name?

I dont like kashlynn. too much like "cash." I like Kamryn Sean, and I like it for a girl or a boy. If you wanted to "girl up" the sean, you could even call her Kamryn Seana or seinna, or shawna. Good LucK!
ps another girl combo might be
Karina Ashley or Ashley Keryn
