In a certain kind of way. There was a time or so That 1 girl-woman went wacko over me chasing me down at work and home. That was unpleasant. However a call or so dropping by etc ain't so bad...

To a degree yes, it is flattering. But it is so odd to be on the receiving end (well for most of us anyway) that it is a bit unclear just how to behave if you don't actually want to say "yes".
